{"id":73,"date":"2021-07-22T06:17:56","date_gmt":"2021-07-22T06:17:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/segmail.io\/blog\/?p=73"},"modified":"2022-12-04T09:15:27","modified_gmt":"2022-12-04T09:15:27","slug":"we-track-open-rates-now","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/segmail.io\/blog\/we-track-open-rates-now\/","title":{"rendered":"We track open rates now!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>You can now see open rates on your campaigns.&nbsp;When you start your campaign, you will see the number of opened emails and the percentage as part of the stats in the campaign overview page:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"2552\" height=\"1036\" src=\"https:\/\/segmail.io\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/segmail_campaign_page.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-215\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>There are some limitations though:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Open tracking is not exactly accurate &#8211; some email hosts will block \u201cspy pixels\u201d to protect their users. It&nbsp;<i>is<\/i>&nbsp;invasive because you can send an email to a stranger and know their exact location through their IP address.
